Shipping Instructions:
- Please print and fill out Speaker Repair Form or simply put a note with your name, phone number, email and return shipping address in the box.
Remove speaker from cabinet unless you want crossover repairs/upgrades/inspection. - Cover the front of the speaker with flat cardboard to avoid damaging the cone use tape to secure cardboard in place. Bubble wrap speaker around all sides. Put plenty of packing in the box so they don’t move around, shake the box to be sure! Please do not use foam peanuts they will compress during shipping and the speaker could end up getting damaged.
- If shipping more than one speaker, box them up individually and pack into one box.
Turn around time is usually 1-2 weeks. If there is anything else that needs done we will call or email prior to discuss and confirm. - Forms of payment accepted: Cash, check, credit cards, paypal
